05 March 2006: I was looking out of the kitchen window while washing the dishes just the other day and I saw a bluebird on the clothes line. Not the bluebird in this photo, but a bluebird. Mom says there's a pair of bluebirds that visits her yard every spring. Officially, spring arrives on March 20, so the couple has arrived early this year, probably because of the mild winter in this neck of the woods.
