27 May 2007: Red rocky cliffs surround us here in Moab, Utah. This dead tree clings to rocks made of sandstone.

We plan to take a UNIMOG jeep trip on Wednesday morning, then venture out on our own in a rented jeep. We will also visit Arches and Canyonlands National Parks during our 10-day stay.
