This is the tower of the Friedberg Schloss, or castle. This is "Adolfsturm," Friedberg's symbol. Friedberg is a beautiful historic old town with the largest area of medieval remains of a castle in Germany. The surrounding area was blanketed in white from a surprise overnight snowfall.
